Bevyn is the enigmatic owner and leader of the Blue Wolves. He is known to be disarmingly charming, jovial and well mannered. But his true identity, his true face, is a well-kept secret, even amongst the Elite Wolves. A key figure behind Aelyx Everbright's rise to the leader of the Fuldair People's Rebellion, Bevyn always sidestepped efforts to place him in a more prominent position, instead pushing for democratic leadership and returning Fuldair to the hands of the people. He allowed Aelyx to make his own choices and mistakes, but was always there when he needed support, which often cost Bevyn dearly in time with his own family, and put his life in danger on more than one occasion.

The Blue Wolf Mercenary Group has existed for a very long time in some form or other, though its current structure was finalised around a thousand years ago. It is one of the most prominent Mercenary Groups in the continent of Eirinn, and one of the most wealthy. The headquarters, Alpha House, is located in Fuldair, which has created something of a problem due to the occupation of the Silver Hand since 1468. Many of the employees, whether based there or only visiting, have been unable to re-enter or leave the city without permits, which inhibits their ability to operate within the area.
