He pushes himself up off the tiles to his feet, the movement almost elegant as the long jacket swooshes behind him. As he pushes himself up, his colouration returns to its Natural state and he looks down at you with an almost cheeky look on his face. His next words are accompanied by a crisp, refined bow clearly learned through many years of education in a High Nobility environment.

"I am Senior Guardsman Neyon Vihan of the First Branch House Guard, my Lady. It is a pleasure to welcome you to Fuldair, and I am humbly at your service."

Still lowered into the bow, he offers his hand and smiles down at you, the light of the stars and moon glinting off his pristine white hair like the surface of crystal or diamonds.

The Sunday group met Neyon in less-than-ideal circumstances, having skimmed the cusp of death a few times while assisting a potential new ally in her vengeance. Without question or hesitation, Neyon quietly assisted in easing their suffering, though some of the group's feelings about him changed when he revealed that he was able to portent fate. A Witch tied to the stars, Neyon believes that the retrieval of the Midnight Steel, a Galleon, is imperative to the survival of the city; and now the characters are about to help him cause some serious mayhem in order to get it back...
