Suggestions Wanted!

As you may already know, I am currently without a day job due to corporate incompetence from the management at my old job leading to redundancy. The usual story, y'know!

Originally, I had decided to take a month to figure myself out, work some things out in terms of UC, find out what my options are, etc. After that, the plan was to move into retraining for a new job, then apply. However, that time has come and gone, and things are looking no different to how they were at the beginning of September.

Laying it on the table... I still don't have a job. In fact, of all the ones I have applied to, I have only heard back from one, and it was a rejection. It seems commonplace these days to simple not respond, leaving jobseekers in the loop as to whether anyone actually received their application at all! The fact is, we aren't going to starve; however, it would be nice to be able to do more than just "exist". I've "existed" before. I don't want to do that again.

Getting down to business...

What I would like to do is be a full time content creator. I know that could take a long time to implement; building up a following, especially one that pays, is tough. Especially with certain social media channels going down the toilet lately... So in the meantime, I am looking at doing some market research to see if there is anything I can offer to folks to give me a little extra wiggle room in terms of money.

Point of order.. My commissions are open in Ko-Fi, but I know that artwork is expensive and most folks don't have the cash for it. But I ALSO have a Ko-Fi shop, which currently sits empty. I'd like to fill it with useful and fun goodies for TTRPG fans and general nerds.

So coming to the main point now... as the title states... SUGGESTIONS WANTED!

I'm interested in hearing about the kinds of things that folks would be interested in buying, as gifts, or for themselves - things that I can make or provide.

At this point, I'm open to all kinds of suggestions, and would just like to hear people's thoughts. It doesn't matter how mad! In the future, I will likely expand on this with surveys, etc, but for now, just general thoughts would be most appreciated! I would love to just make a load of stuff and put it up for sale, but in the current environment, it would be dangerous to just "hope for the best" instead of finding out what people actually want. Money is tough for everyone but a select few right now, so I want to do things right!
